Counselors

Our counselors are Godly men and women from our local churches that love young people. They seek to make a difference in campers lives at camp AND at home!

Counselors have a unique opportunity to demonstrate the love and power of Jesus Christ in an intense 24/7 environment. All counselors have been approved by their home church and have received training here at IRBC.

If you are interested in counseling this summer you may download an application. Please contact your pastor for more information.

Counselor Training Weekend is designed to give you the tools needed to build relationships with campers, deal with different topics that may come up, and most of all challenge you to be a light to this next generation.

All first time counselors are required to attend Counselor Training. Repeat counselors are required to attend every other year. But it's so much fun that we think you should come every year!

Register & submit applications by April 19, 2013. All first time counselors will receive a Counselor Training Notebook. Returning counselors will be given notes to add to your notebook.
